we use high-quality 60Mn spring steel, φ38*φ8*70*9, which is tenacious, strong and not easy to be deformed. The diameter of the spring steel is 8mm, and the diameter of the spring is 54mm. for A1 is 7cm highour round corner is different with other company, full materials one time injected by mould, not powder coated.

The PE waterbase is for the frame, you can fill into water or sand, the full weight with filled water is about 50kg, it can keep wind resistance enough.
The sign has built in robust wheels for ease of movement along with a discreet handle. The wheels are angled to prevent the sign from rolling downhill, too. The wheels can be removed, however we strongly advise against this to protect the quality of the product.
