1.High rock rigidity, hard to move,low efficiency?
KG series drilling rig's max climb capacity is 40°, and max ground clearance is 450mm, so it can be easily overcome obstacles and better to achieve climbing and mining. The Rotation speed and Rotation torque have a direct impact on the drilling speed and the drilling cost. KG series' Rotation speed is controlled within a reasonable range of 70-120rpm. Although the machine vibration is reduced, the drilling speed is guaranteed. The greater the rotation torque, the stronger the ability to prevent stuck drilling. KG series drilling rig's max rotation torque is 4500N.m, even if the drilling rig is on a slope, it can be keep working high efficiently.
2.More conditional restrictions, hard to drill, less workload?
KG series drilling rig hydraulic system has been updated and upgraded. KG920B series uses new large diameter valve block 30 pumps, new diverter valve and new connector. The Max.feed force is 2200N. And the range of Boom lift is too wide, such as 25°up, 50°down and more. Also the range of Boom swing has tow ranges. The range of Guide Tilt has 50°up,135°down and 180°, also Guide swing has seven ranges. Even the compensation stroke can reach 900mm. Greatly expanded the drilling range, so KG series drilling rig has strong environmental adaptability.
3.Unstable gas supply affects project progress?
Kaishan LGCY series and KSCY series portable diesel screw air compressor often provide high power for KG series drilling rig. The efficiency of the screw air compressor depends on the rotor, also the life of the screw air compressor depends on the bearing and the shaft seal. Only Kaishan can produce a whole pedigree of rotor in the world and the diameter of 220kw rotor can reach 386cm. The bearing of screw air compressor generally use SKF, with low speed, the bearing no extra force, the work-life of the screw air compressor will be longer. Kaishan compressor's rotor is direct driven, no speed gear, lower speed and higher efficiency. So the work-life of Kaishan compressor is longer than other brand compressor.
