          Q: How long is the warranty? 

          A: 1) Duplicator/Programmer: One-years warranty for hardware, and lifetime to update software (normal              firmware, customized software excluded). Cable and interface board is consumable, no warranty.

2) Adapter/riser card: normal use is 6 months warranty, if use for test, no warranty.

3) Test products: no warranty. If verdict is product self quality problem, we would repair free for customer.

 

 Q: How to process a customized order? 

A: 1) we need to evaluate if we could do it for customer according to the requirement, and if we could, how long would it takes and how much is the cost.

2) we need to confirm that customer could offer us the needed information in the process.

 3)we would make a SO (sales order), and if customer confirm the order and pay first (deposit according to the SO), we would start the case.

4) ship the products to customer/ send the customized software to customer.

5)after products received, pay the balance, if there is no problem. If problem exists, we would solve it and then pay the balance.

 

Q: Do you have agents or distributors? 

 A: Until now, we only have agents in China, but we have the import-export operation right, so we can trade with customer directly. If you want to be an agent, please feel free to contact us.
