Note of Using Manual

1.This type of lacing is well suited for joining leather, rubber or canvas belt from 5/16" to 3/8" or 8-91/2mm in thickness.

2.The lacing is supplied in piece of 290mm in length, and may be readily parted into shorter lengths as required, it is advised that the length of lacing app;ied should be a little shorter than the width of the belt.

3.Both ends of the belt should be cut perfectly square. On lacing the belt,drive in by means of a hammer the prongs first at the sides and then gradually towards the center.Be sure that the lacing on the opposite belt ends are engaged smoothly with each other. Slip finally a pair of rocker pin back to back into the lacings to serve as a hinge.

4.The side of the lacing which of without cross bar should run next to the pulley.

5.Inspect the lacing regularly,and replace it without delay if it has been worn, use only the rocker pins supplied for the purpose of replacement.
