"Hongda" Ultrasonic high speed ribbon cutting machine adopts advanced ultrasonic technology from Japan ,it's controlled by PLC and can be widely used for cutting of fabric tape,ribbon,trademark,etc.From feeding,cutting to counting,all the processes can be completed in one machine.This machine also adopts special safety protection system which ensures a safe operation during producing.Meanwhile,it meets with CE certification.

1.It adopts advanced ultrasonic transducer and SMC pneumatic components.
2.It's available for different feeding methods to meet with customer's requirements: servo,mechanical or rolling.
3.It adopts ultrasonic cutting which ensures the cutting edge is soft,smooth,no burrs,no color changing.Meanwhile,the cutting mold is changeable for different cutting and its accuracy can be controlled within a range of 1mm.
4.The machine is controlled by PLC and supports computer counting/automatically material feeding,it's a high efficient,high precision and easy operating machine.
5.Electric sensing colour code system can be customized to meet with different requirements.
