Key advantage

The key step is evaporator. Part of the water is vaporized from the liquid to the gas. Because during this stage, the volume expands rapidly, forming potential energy, which causes the water vapor mixture to move sharply downward. Until it reaches the bottom of the distillation column, through a specially designed tapered jacket, the water vapor mixture is forced to reverse 180 degrees, separating the evaporated steam from the unevaporated water vapor.
