MHK-1650FC Automatic Die-cutting & Creasing Machine with Stripping

The MHK series Automatic Hot Foil Stampping and Die cutting Machine with Stripping manufactured by Zhejiang Dayuan Machinery Co., Ltd.,it can efficiently complete the die cutting and embossing of products,as well as maintaining the highest precision and product quality.The MHK series Automatic Hot Foil Stampping and Die cutting Machine with Stripping are well equipped and almost can adapt to all die cutting requirements of products.

（1）Adopt nodular cast iron-QT500-7, the mainframe wallboard casting by special technology process, thus featuring by high strength, never deformation and ensure the safety of the mainframe wallboard.
（2）Adopt Taiwan-imported intermittent mechanism to ensure that the machine operates accurately. Also, the main engine is equipped with overload protection device and torque limit clutch,to ensure that when they being impacted by external force can stops immediately to reduce the damage to the machine body and teeth precision and reduce the occurrence of failure rate.
（3）The whole machine all uses SKF\\NSK imported original bearing.
（4）The whole machine uses original parts imported from France Schneider,Japanese OMRON.
（5）Key parts of gripper bars are imported from Japan.
（6）Die cutting precision±0.1mm,Max.working speed could reach 7500s/h.
（7）The craft shaft is adopts Germany Ni-Cr-Mo metal steel, with high precision and will never deforms.
（8）Use the centerline positioning system to realize fast plate changing of worksheet.

Sheet Transmission and alignment section
1. Selectable left and right side push lays to ensure accurete alignment.

2. Advanced non-stop adjustment of feeding timing, reduce down time.

3. Front guage non-stop back and forth adjustable to accommodate varitation in gripper margin.

Die cutting Section
1. Die cutting station safety door and pneumatic die chase safety locking system.

2. Air crushion underneath the cutting plate for easy sliding through.

3. Main drive adopts high quality precision worm gear and toggle system.

4. New technology of driving index with large motion angle to allow gripper bar gentle start and stop, less and smaller nicks required to achieve higher productivity. Equipped with overloading protection torque limit cluth.

5. Cutting pressure fine adjustment wheel with position indicate gauge.

Stripping Section
1. Stationary middle stripping board, coupled with zero jerk, smooth upper frame motion curve with extra punch at the moment of impact to obtain cleaner waste remobal.

2. Gripper bar register block at outlets of stripping tool set up and change over, compatible with centerline.

3. Front edge waste removal system removes and transfer waste edge outside the machine via conveyor belt.

Paper Counting & Collecting Section
1. Escalator delivery fork cooperate with non-stop air cylinder for neat and positive conveyiong to belt table. Bundle delivery table is ready for further connection with Breaker for inline operation(to be required at order)

2. Electrical batch counter as standard

3. Spring loaded adjutable chain tensioner for maintaining constant tension thus reducing stress on chains and producing smooth gripper bar movement.
