Our factory covers an area of 3600 square meters, there are 120 people in Foshan factory, and 250 people in Hunan branch, including 15 designers, 20 managers, 20 sales. And had ever produced the gift plush toy, mascot toy, and branding OEM order for the Well-known brands domestic and overseas, for example: Jack Jones, name it, Golden French Big Chicken, Kingkeys, Toyota, the Agricultural Bank etc....

1.Select the exquisite plush material.
2.QC Check the plush material color and weight strictly the same as the sample.
3.Designer confirm the knife module is the same as the paper patterns.
4.Use cutting piece to make before manufacture sample to ensure correspond with the sample.
5.Apply advanced laser machine and import computer embroidery machine for cut-parts and embroidery.
6.Pass 21 sewing process such as using 604 thread to sew body and etc.
7.QC inspect the sewing seam allowance(±0.5mm) then turn it over.
8.Pass 8 hand work process such as use 606 thread to stitch closure and etc.
9.Cut loose threads.
10.Professional shape- adjustment.
11.By second quality checking and needle detecting.
12.Last blowing&packing&warehousing&shipping.

A: We usually will reply your email within 2 hours as soon as receiving your inquiry, and will send price toyou at fast in 2 hours and at slowest in 4 hours, if you are in urgent, don’t hesitate to call us

Q3: Is your sample fee chargeable and refundable?
A: We would charge sample fee ranging $30 - $100 acc to different models, and will refund back after order is placed

Q4: How long do you need for making sample?
A: For copying a sample, it would take about 5 days to finish a complete sample, for custom designs, we normally will work out a rough sample within 3 days for client to check its looking, and it would take about 3 days to finish embroidery parts / 4 days to finish printing parts after clients approve to make final sample.
