The electric ceramic hob is a kind of cooking appliance that uses electric current to convert electric energy into heat energy. Its main structure is heating plate, ceramic glass plate, electric control system, temperature control system and furnace body.
Component and using:
The electric ceramic hob heating plate is composed of an iron-chromium heating piece and a heat insulating plate which are heated parts. The electric ceramic hob has the characteristics of progressive temperature rise, triple heat balance, no local high temperature, etc. It is not easy to appear in the paste chassis, fake boiling, etc. The cooking method is the same as the gas stove, which can be fried, grilled, hot pot, stir-fried, hot milk, Soup, slow stew..., can also be equipped with baking trays and grilled nets for barbecue, like below pic:
