1. Q :  Are you Factory? 

 

     A:  Yes, we are factory, located in Henan Province, China. 

           In addition, we have workshop of finished window and door

 

 

2. Q : What your MOQ ?

 

     A : For normal white color we have stock, any quantity is avaliable. 

          For colorful upvc profiles we don't have stock, it at lest a 20ft container. 

          For special customer made color, the MOQ is a 40HQ container.

 

 

3. Q : Can i check samples ? 

 

     A : Of course it is avaliable, normal upvc profiles samples are free, you only need to pay the delivery cost.

4. Q : What your payment terms ? 

 

     A : 30% deposit, the balance paied before loading. 

          And we accepet T/T, L/C at sight. 

 

 

5. Q : Can I use our brand sticker? 

 

     A : Customer sticker is avaliable, you just need to pay the die cutting cost. 

           How to count the cost : each color of your sticker need 185 usd. 

 

 

6. Q : Can I make a new moulds ? 

 

     A : That welcomed, for details we can disscuss together. 

 

 

7.  Q : Where is the loading port? 

 

      A : Qingdao port 

 

 

8.  Q : How long is the leading time?

 

      A : For normal stock upvc profiles, it can loading as soon as the payment arrived. 

            For normal upvc profiles without stock, it need 7-10 working days, base on the quantity too. 

            For the special upvc profiles, it depend on the detail progress.
