Lid remove port is specially for removing 5 gallon bucket lid.
It is controlled by pedal mechanical valve. It only need connect a air compressor, and the lid can be reused. Simple operation,

a. It suits for Φ56 standard bottle,the highest speed is about 200-300 pieces/h
b. Open the power switch, the pump switch indicator light, brush bucket began to spray water.
c. Open the working switch, the drive brush indicator light, brush starts drive.
d. Put the bucket without lid in the washing sink. Bucket port is aligned with the center axis and close the wash sink cover.
e. Put the bucket at a clean place after cleaned.

Maintenance
1) check the cleanliness of the lid remove port and the link screw between the head and the cylinder.
2) The use of the process, such as the individual lid can not be pulled out, it maybe the size of the bucket neck is unusual,and
pay attention to air pressure.
3) Do not put hand in lid remove port while it is working. To prevent hurting yourself.
4) Close the gas valve while checking the equipment, to prevent hurting person.
5) Pay attention to the pressure of the bucket down when cleaning bucket.
