B. Process of electro galvanization

Pay-off - alkaline cleaning (degreasing) - water - annealing- pickling - hot water washing – electro galvanizing - water washing - drying – take-up machine

 

C. Process of hot-dip galvanization

The pay-off - alkaline cleaning (ultrasonic) - water - pickling (ultrasonic) - hot water washing - assistant coating - drying – hot-dip galvanizing - take-up wires

Features:

1 The inside heater inside casing pipe is made up of the composite ceramic, which has the advantages of good thermal conductivity, high strength, impact resistance, resistance to erosion, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant zinc, etc.

2 The pot body of the zinc pot owns high stability as well as the long service life.

3 It has the feature of low energy consumption. One-ton steel wire consumes about 180 KW/h.

4 The heat preservation performance of zinc pot is good, which employs three-layer composite insulation structure.
