Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM? A: Yes, our factory can customize the product. Please send your design picture to us and we talk about it with our professional designer, and confirm it is very good.
Q: Can I order a sample? Are they free? A: Yes, we make sample orders for some customers. The sample fee is necessary. We will deduct the cost of the sample from your bulk order.
Q: How do you send your samples? A: You only need to provide your port of destination, which is ship / aircraft /express, so we can calculate the more reasonable freight to you.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: Usually is one year. If it's the bed itself, we're fully responsible. If it's man-made, we're not responsible.
