The precision precision needle valve dispenses very precise micro-deposits down to fractions of a microliter. Pneumatically operated and adjustable, it delivers superior fluid dispensing control.

Ideal for automated assembly processes, the valve’s adjustable needle stroke with a unique calibration feature provides the ability to maintain exact deposit size when dispensing fluid.

The stainless steel shutoff needle seats in the hub of the dispensing tip rather than the valve body. Having fluid cutoff occur as close as possible to the dispensing orifice minimizes dead fluid volume.

The air cylinder and material cylinder of this product are made from imported material(M6061),after processing on high precision lathe and milling machine,then surface treatment technology with high strength from Taiwan,it has reached a high level which has wear resistance,oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

 

The center link is made from stainless steel(304),after processing on high precision lathe and milling machine,it also need polishing and passivation.It contains the function of diversion and suck-back,it also has many features such as it has corrosion resistance,high strength,good toughness,what’s more,it doesn’t stick to glue,it can dispense accurately and dispense off without residual glue.The body is small and smooth,it is made from superior material with low friction coefficient which has a longer working life.

 

The gasket is made from PTFE with A grade,it has wear resistance,oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
