2, For aluminum letter making, we apply quality saw milling cutter for different degree cutting according to file and roller bender device for smooth curve bending in fast speed. Single-side slotting and double-side slotting are both optional, you can select according to your requirement.

3, For stainless letter makinig, we apply planer cutter notching system and clinch bending device. It is good to process materials of high hardness, such as stainless steel, galvanized sheet, iron and copper.

4, For our full functional models which work with both stainless and aluminum, the slotting system and bending system for aluminum and stainless are fully separately to ensure high precision.

5, It is equipped with famous brand stepper motors and serve motors and high precision control device. Automatic feeding device with length-tracking feedback system, to ensure actual feeding accuracy to ±0.1mm;
