Q:Can I customize my products?

A:We can customize some of our products according to your requirement.We can change the size,finish,power factor.
Besides,some of the similar products haven’t been found out till mow,we could produce it through modeling as long as you provide us a clear picture and specifications.

Q:Do you have chandeliers in stock? If not,what is your lead time?

A:There are some items stocked on our factory.Usually lead time is 15-20 days,but it may be shorter or longer,depending on the changdelier style,quantity and whether we are on busy period.

Q:Which payment method do you accpt? Can I pay by paypal or credit card?

A:Paypal just pay for sample.We only accept T/T(telegraphic transfer)and western union.30% deposit is required before production.The 70% balance needs to be paid befor delivery.But for order below 3000USD,we prefer you pay in full before production to avoid twice hangling charges of both sides.

Q:What is your warranty?

A:We give 2 years warranty for our products.Details like below:
1)Within the 3 mouths after you received our lights,if any confirmed damage during shipping or missing part of the installation,replacements will be sent for free.
2)Over 3 months within 1 year,we will send free replacements,but you need to pay shipping cost.
3)Over 1 year within 2 years,you need to pay for replacements and shipping cost,we responsible for the production and arrangement the shipment.
