Q1: What is the Warranty for the light?
A1:  For the lamp fixture,we have 12 month warranty. We are confident of our product, usually if you find the light is out of work, please check whether the bulb is broken.


Q2:  How about the Water-proof function?
A2: Considering the the satuation of outdoor, when we design and develop a lamp or connector, we will test and inspect several times to make sure all of them have a wonderful water-proof performance.our product is IP 65.


Q3: Does your light support AC/DC?
A3: Yes, our light fixture support both alternationg current and direct current:
      AC:180V-260V
      DC: 9V-28V

 

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A4: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

 

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A5: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

 

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A6: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
