RG red dichroic iridescent cellophane rainbow window film

        The color effects in this film are created without pigments. The film consists of more than 200 transparent layers of polyester (PET) and acrylic, which reflect incoming light. The colors seen on the film are created from interference effects from these reflections. It is the same effect seen when a thin film of gasoline is floating on water.

          The film does not contain metal and is therefore non-corroding and non-conductive. It is available in a variant that changes among blue, magenta, and gold. The visual appearance is dependent on the quality of the background material.
