It not only adopted frequency conversion and integrated automatic control technology, but also was created strictly according to the GMP requirements of pharmaceutical industry. This machine has such characteristics as stroke adjustable, station structure module, combination of blow forming and compression forming (need to change mould), automatic continuous forming, punching euro hole and cutting, which can ensure the product quality reliable and production capacity stable. 1. The mould employs pressing plate to clamp, easy to adjust and install.
2. The main motor adopts frequency converter to control speed: the cutting frequency is adjustable in the range from 1 to 28times/min, which is set depending on the stroke and degree of forming difficulty.
3. It adopts servo motor transmission and manipulator clamp feeding mechanism drawing, running stably with exact sync. Its stroke is adjustable from 60mm to 220mm, which mean the section size in this range can be designed at random.
4. The heat-forming plates separate and close automatically. This machine can delay to start up after putting down the heating plate, restricting the material waste in one stroke. This machine adopts two contacting plates to heat, which can reduce the heating power and temperature, save the energy and improve the plastic film stability.
5. It will alarm and stop automatically while the plastic film is used up or breaks off. This machine is also equipped with emergency stop device to improve the operators' safety in the process of debugging and changing mould.
