Resistance welding machine also named spot welding machine, the principle is after the combination of the metal workpieces, applying appropriate pressure, using the welding current to generate the heat from the electrodes and the workpieces’ resistance, the heat may melt the metal and get a welding joint.

The power supply of resistance welding also has been developed from capacitor energy storage/AC 50Hz to inverter DC type to crystal type.

We are making inverter DC type, that means 50% power less than capacitor energy storage/AC 50Hz type, and much more precise and stability, can reduce the reject rate, can be more powerful when high speed welding.
