New Large Hand Blown Multicolor Murano Art Glass Style Sculpture:

(1) Modeling design
    The design concept is painted into a graphic design artwork, and then a three-dimensional prototype is sculptured. In order to have a perfect proportion and beauty, each knife must be extremely precise and delicate.

(2) Preparation of silica gel mold The surface of the prototype is coated with silica gel and fixed by plaster, and then made into a silicone mold.

(3) Filling the wax mold
    The hot melted wax is poured into a positive mold, and the details of the hollowing and chamfering corners must be carefully removed by carefulness, patience and the skill of both hands.

(4) Fine repair wax mold
    The wax mold, burrs and pores are carefully repaired.

(5) Plaster mold
    The refractory gypsum is casted outside the modified wax mold to form a wax-containing plaster mold, and then dewaxed by steam heating to form a refractory gypsum negative mold.

(6) Burning into the furnace
    Put the plaster mold and the configured glass material into the furnace and slowly heat it to about 1000C. The crystal glass softens and flows into the plaster mold to form.

(7) Demolition of plaster mold
    After it is cooled down and cooled, it is taken out from the furnace, and the plaster mold is carefully removed to obtain a rough embryo of the glass work.

(8) Grinding and polishing
    The work is repeatedly ground and polished until the brilliance of the glass is transmitted, revealing a crystal texture, and the work can be completed.
