Application:
It is a kind of heavy metal eliminating agent, developed to protect environment and avoid heavy metal pollution in waste water. It can be widely used in following are:Coal-fired power stations,Printed circuit board factory wastewater,Plating and surface finishing wastewater,optical instrument factory wastewater,petrochemical refinery wastewater,mining, mineral processing industry wastewater etc.
Characteristic of TMT
It is an effective environmentally friendly, non-toxic heavy metal remover for removing heavy metals from various wastewaters.
It is an important heavy metal ion treatment agent, which can precipitate almost monovalent & divalent metals, such as Fe2+/Fe3+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Ti+ and Cr3+ , forms a stable chelate compound can be removed as well.
The chelate compound will not be dissolved by rainwater and other substances, so there is no secondary pollution problem.

The brief instruction of GL-TMT (15% solution)
Tmt-15 process flow chart for heavy metal wastewater treatment :
Collect waste water → adjust pH value 7-10 → add tmt-na3 (15% aqueous solution) under agitation → add organic flocculant and stir quickly for 1 minute → static sedimentation → filtration → treated water → stir slowly for 15 minutes
Operation steps
1. Before actual use, a small test with the scale of 1l can be made according to the above process.
2. The pH value should be adjusted between 7-10 when treating wastewater, so the effect is the best.
3. According to the content of heavy metal ions in waste water, determine the amount of tmt-15.
4. It can be added to the waste water continuously or in batches, and fully stirred evenly for about 30 minutes.
