1. Product introduction :
The flat die pellet mill/ wood pellet machine can make flat die pellet mill machine is widely use corn, soybean, straw, grass, rice husk and other curshed substances in pellet feed as material , it can make both poultry feed pellets and grain/sawdust/grass/wood pellets.
2. Working principle of flat die pellet machine :
The machine's core component molds and press rolls are made of specially treated high-quality alloy steel. When the machine working, the spindle and the flat die mold drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. The high temperature generated by the pressure roller and the mold causes the starch to mature, the protein denatures and solidifies, and then is extruded from the flat die hole under the pressure roller extrusion.
3. Widely used range :
The pellet feed can be used to raise cattle, goat, pig, rabbit, chicken, duck, geese, fish, bird and so on. The flat die pellet machine is suitable for medium and small farming business. As its simple design, it is very easy to operate and maintain.
