A: 5-7 days for sample; 15-30 days for mass production.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: 48 hours for sample by express; 30-35 days for mass production by seaway.
Q: How about the sample policy?
A: We can provide the free sample but charge for express.
Q: Could be customized?
A: Yes, customer design especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed. Please feel free to send us your design for development. If necessary, we can keep your design protected under law.
Q: Do you have stock, when can I get if we pay?
A: For items sells online ,90% have stock, we can send out within 48 hours. For items not available, we need about 6-12 days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.
Q: how about the shipping method?
A: EMS/DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT or according to customer requirement(customer pay for the express cost and other special fees.
Q: How about the MOQ? Can I mixed different styles to a start order?
