Performance features:

(1)It's semi-automatic, workers have to put the empty cartridge in the machine and take the full cartridge away .

(2)The material be filled into the cartridge by the air pump.

(3)The filling pump need to be “With tube, then filling, no tube, no filling”, it can eliminate errors when filling.

(4)For the total filling volume and filling accuracy, they are adjustable. But due to the single acting cylinder, there would be errors existing for the two tubes.

(5)The tube is rising up while filling. There will be no visible bubbles in the material pipe after finish filling.

(6)For the tube’s pistons which are without exhaust plug that we use wire to exhaust. And for the tube’s pistons which are with the exhaust plug, we will use another way for filling.

(7)For the filling machine, there is a device specially for putting pistons. when there is no piston, the alarm ring, then the device stop operating.
