HQ-L Fully automatic PET bottle blowing machine is the most stable two step blow down equipment of our factory, from one cavity to six cavity and can blow bottles of different capacity, from 0.1 L to 5 L, used for the production of PET/PP bottles of various shapes, such as mineral water bottle, cosmetic bottle, beveage bottles, cooking oils bottles, pesticide bottles, hot-filling bottles and other plastic containers. The Automatic PET bottle blowing machine shows the advantage of power saving, low defective rate, high speed, stability and easy operation.

5. Air passage design the action and blowing air with two parts, to ensure the different action with different pressure when blowing bottles.
6. The automatic blowing machine adopts double crank shaft, main connecting rod linkage with strong clamping force, have the function of mould close boost pressure when high pressure blowing bottles, the action stable and reliable.
7. The moving parts of opening and closing mold of the automatic blowing machine adopts high speed inline guide track, have the characteristics of high durable, high speed no shaking when opening and closing mold.

The Function Of The Auxiliary
High Pressure Air Compressure: The air in a free state is compressed into a clean and odorless high-pressure gas, and the preform is blown at a high speed, and the preform is formed into a bottle.
Low Pressure Air Compressure : Pre-blowing and low-pressure blowing, and blowing with high pressure to ensure one-time bottle forming rate.
Chiller: Rapidly cool the water, cool the mold of the blow molding machine, protect the mold of the blow molding machine, and simultaneously cool the product quickly, improve the product and quality.
Dryer : The main function is to filter out the oil, water, impurities and other wastes contained in the compressed air and work with the dryer.
