Main functions: rolling material transport, Blister forming, material filling, aluminum plastic heat seal, register, batch number printing, mesh indentation, sheets cutting, subgrade sorting, finished product count, waste disposal, product output.

The machine is suitable for the special equipment of ALU / PVC, ALU / ALU compound sealing packing for the medicine (tablet, capsule), food, medical equipment, health products, electronic components and similar materials. Because of the use of positive pressure forming and positive pressure heat seal, it has the characteristics of the neat blister and the flat block.

Main Features:

Ø The man-machine interface operation (10 inch), each organization uses independent power unit, servo drive, PLC control, improves the speed of operation, reduces the replacement parts of the mould, effectively changes the range of product change, so as to effectively guarantee the synchronization and stability of the user's product under high speed.

Ø Man-machine interface can be industrial control networking, remote monitoring, data transmission, parameter modification, acquisition, storage, printing and three-level password operation protection.

Ø The coil conveying parts are placed in double rolls, and the coil is quickly docked, thus avoiding the waste of coil and saving the time of manual feeding.

Ø The super long forming heating plate is used for the blister forming parts, so that the plastic sheets are fully softened to ensure the integrity of the Blister forming.

Ø In the aluminum-plastic heat-seal parts, the heat-seal protection cylinder is installed upside-down to facilitate the user's mold replacement and neatness and beauty.

Ø Batch number printing, mesh indentation, sheets cutting three kinds of mechanism, Combined three is one, through servo drive, PLC control, effectively improve the running speed and ensure synchronization and stability.

Ø Waste sorting and product delivery are controlled by manipulator to facilitate automatic connection of subsequent processes.
