We do packaging ourselves and you don't need to worry about the large damage of products we concern about every each parcels Before we send the package we will double check the products. We have quality's guarantee. if u received damaged products. show us the picture, we will do refund or resend.
Delivery
We will arrange delivery within 3 days after you paid for the purchase under 50 pieces and 200 boxes. Over this quantity, the factory need time to produce them, but we will also arrange delivery within a week. We can provide certifications you need for custom. but it takes some time. then the delivery time will be delay. Even we provide best quality of rose and we also double checked before shipping, but preserved flowers still easy to be damaged when shipping. hope you can understand it. We usually choose EMS for under 100 boxes of rose, but the service and shipping time of EMS is not as good as FedEX or DHL. As if you purchase sample order, pls understand the situation. A:Yes, it is preserved rose flower, it's also called FOREEVER ROSE, TIMELESS ROSE. It was made by 100% real natural fresh rose flower. It can last for 3-5 year

A: Dried plants are not very long-lasting. Their branches and stems were breaken easily. the colour gradually fades and the petals falls off or break. Preservation technique allows flowers to maintain a completely natural appearance and feel, as if they were freshly-cut flowers!
3. How do you preserved the rose flower ?
A: We use a series of complex special producing processes including the dehydration, bleaching, drying, and dyeing. We have a strict quality control from the fresh roses picking up to dyeing and drying ,very steps have the QC to check the quality.
4. How do you control the quality for us ?
A: Firstly, every preserved fresh flowers and plants we are selling is the grade A. The petal of our flowers and plants are more soft touch but more strong quality than grade B flowers. The preserved moss will recover rapidly after squeeze it.
