Q2: Can I get some Samples for testing? Is it free?
A2:We are honored to offer you samples,but samples will be charged because of it's high value. While to ensure the products are bought correctly and safely, customers are allowed to return the samples back to Dtvane with payment refund after 1 week's testing.

Q3: Can you provide OEM service as per our request? Is it free?
A3: With our professional & experienced design team, we can provide OEM service by replacing your company logo on chassis, software interface as well as carton. About charges,it depends, please contact sales with specific product model number. We are striving to make all services from us worth to pay.

Q4: What's your Quality Control policy?
A4: Quality is the most important. Dtvane QC department always pay great attention to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end.
Inspections of each step will be done during the production process.

Q5: What about your Warranty?
A5: All products has 5 years' warranty, we offer technical supports online/phone, repair services by our experienced after-sales specialist, free charge within warranty.

Q6: What is your Lead time and method of Shipment?
A6: All goods are in stock, just need 100% QC testing and Aging before sending out. Usually it takes 3~7 working days after the full payment received.
Note: 1: There will be a little delay at busy season.
