How to apply
Application process:
Step 1: Substrate treatment
Minimum St3 (ISO 8501-1), optimum Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1)
Minimum St3 (ISO 8501-1), optimum Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1)
Step 2: Spray 1-2 coats on steel pipe surface,
suggest dry film thickness around 50µm
Step 3: Put the painted pipe into baking oven or high temperature system
Temperature: 75-80 degree, Time: 30mins.
Step 4: Continue to bake
Temperature:250- 280 degree Time: 30mins
