1:Carburizing heat treatment of self tapping screws ,drilling screw ,drywall screw.wood screw etc from standard parts industry. The temperature heat treatment of high tensile screws ,hex socket screws,5-8.2 screw,nut,etc.
2:Tempering heat treatment of hand tool parts,such as adjustable wrench ,open wrench ,open wrench.plum wrench,hexagon wrench ,screwdriver,sleeve,pliers and jack.
3:Cementation heat treatment of Automobile,motorcycle,bicycle spare parts,such as auto screw,spindle ,axis,welding,Auto lock ring,piston pin Auto screw,plug,bowl,transmission shaft,Bicycle five groups,The front fork group ,center group ,Fast valve group
4:Tempering heat treatment of stationery clip ,blade,nail file ,corners,lighters,shoes,stone iron core ,hairpins,pen holder,etc.
5:Hardening and tempering heat treatment of hardware parts,such as steel nails,nail clippers ,hooks,chains and locks groove.
