1) How can we get a sample and what is the cost?

    You will get a quotation upon your sample request details, after sample cost paid,you will receive samples 

     around 7 days. Sample cost refund once order quantity meet MOQ.

     No sample cost for confirmed order.

 

2) How about the sample freight?

    We will quote you the prepaid freight rate based on parcel volumn and weight.You pay the freight before

    sample sending or freight collect on your Fedex or UPS,DHL account.

 

3) How should we buy from you?

   Inquiry->quotation->PI->Purchase order/Sales Confirmation->sign the order and pay the deposit or open L/C

   ->production->inspection->shipment->balance payment before shipment after inspection or after shipment 

   upon copy of B/L.

 

4) Can we change the design,size and material?

    Yes. OEM/ODM always welcome and our R&D can develop especially for you.

 

5) Can the product have own logo label?

    Yes.Each item can be with your own label and own paper insert for photo frames.
