 1.Raw Materials: Silica sand, Soda ash, Limestone and others
2.Batch house: Weighing and mixing of raw material, and transport to the hopper at the melting furnace
3.Melting: Melting of mixed raw materials about 1550℃ in the melting furnace
4.Feeding: Feeding of glass gob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine via the feeder.
5.Forming: Forming of bottle by the glass bottle-forming machine for designed bottle shape
6.Annealing: Annealing of bottles as they leave the glass bottle-forming machine
7.Inspection: After annealing in the lehr , a bottle is strictly checked on Automatic inspection machine and visually inspect each bottle to confirm quality by skilled technicians
8.Additional processing: Decal, Frosting, spraying
9.Packing and Shipment: Bottles are packed according to their destination, and are stored in the warehouse or shipped

Color : Flint , Amber , Emerald green;

Capacity: 250ml, 330ml.12OZ, 500ml, 16OZ, 650ml ,22OZ, 750ml.,1000ml;

 Q2. What's your regular style? And what kind of top you have ?

We have the regular 12OZ, 16OZ and 22OZ beer bottle .

Usually most of the beer bottle are the customized bottle , you can put you LOGO on the bottle, if can show your Brand. Many famous company produce their own bottle .

We have the General Crown top for the beer bottle , and also have the flip top , (swing top , Easy cap top) for the beer bottle , this cap can take the 1.6MPA Pressure . and very beautiful ! The Plastic top and the Sealing gasket can be produce different color.

 Q3. What's your MOQ and delivery time?

The MOQ for the beer bottle in Flint and Amber color usually need 150K-200K , we need to arrange the production separately for the bottle . For the Emerald green color , usually need the MOQ 500K , this is the production line needed ..

For the regular size if we have stock , you can take one 40HQ container.

 Q4. What’s you usually Trad Term?

Usually we do the FOB, CIF and CFR, if the customer need we also can do the EXW  ;

Now we do more with DDP term , offer the one –step service , including  handle the sea freight

Customs clearance in the discharge port , transport the container to customer warehouse ,

 Q5, what’s the mold charge for the customized bottle  ?

Usually the mold charge is need around 5000$-8000$ for the customized mold , and the quantity reach 100K will return .
