PVC primer for PVC hard board material

PVC Primer is applied in PVC hardness materials and hard board materials.

It’s a kind of treating agent, and the using purpose is increasing the joint

Fastness among the board materials.

I.Printing substrate

   1.PVC Semi-rigid/PVC Semi-rigid    Glue composite

   2.PVC Soft nature/PVC Semi-rigid   Glue composite

   3.PVC Semi-rigid/PVC Hardness     Glue composite

   4.PVC Hardness/PVC Hardness      Glue composite

 

II.Characteristic

1.Opaque ropiness white emulsus liquid.

2.On the smooth hardness PVC material,firstly pre-smear primer, the

Materials surface will form a hexagon net structure,then smear glue,

make sure it tightly fit with the PVC materials,achieving a higher

composite strength effect.

3.Improve the adhesion,non-corrosibility and alkali resistance.

III.Attention

This primer just suitable for PVC decoration materials,such as furniture

membrane,cabinet membrane and edge banding.If you use on other

materials,please apply after self-testing.
