HDPE Geolock  &   OEM concrete embedment strips order

HDPE geolock s used for HDPE geomembrane attachment in construction. It is an extruded HDPE concrete emebedement strip with an E profile shape. The smooth surface with width 15cm or 10cm is for welding the polyethylene sheets while the  3-4cm height fingers are used to insert the web concrete to get locked-in  and fix the joint with geomembrane to make a complete water-proof banking. It is also called E-lock or polylock. We produce 3 models of the geomembrane attaching use HDPE geolock by 100% virgin resins. EL15, with 15cm surface width and widest spread of fingers are popular in International market while EL10 is with 10cm surface width is the most econmic one with the smallest but still functional sizes stands stable in Chinese market. The third design is the ME15, which still owns the 15cm wide attachment surface but with a shrinked fingers to save some eight and make it more economic. Some customers are fond of ME15 due to its considerable marketing design. 

We, locates in the indutrial area of Zibo city,  are able to develop some new models of samilar concrete embededment profile designs based on sample or drawing.  OEM design /production is welcome.
