                                What Is The Process For Customizing My Own Bottle Design

1- Kindly send us the design drawing or sample if you already have.

2- Developing sample mould via drawing and making glass samples for your approval.

3- After sample approved, production mould and glass mass production will be done.

4- Processing decorations such as decal printing, frosting, spray painting, electroplating etc as per your

    requirements.

5. Once whole production finished, we will ship them out in container or other modes of transportation as

    requested

The main craft to make glass bottle is machine blown, besides hundreds of existing bottle models, custom made via your sample bottle or design drawing is also no prblem, decorations processing like decal, frosting,electroplating, spray color,

sandblasting are available.                   

1.Sample lead time:
Existing model will be sent out within 2-3 business days, customizing new sample will take 5-10 business days.
2.Sample Charge:
Usually we offer 1-2 pcs free samples, but if you want too much samples you should pay the sample fee.
3.What kind of packing for this item?
Egg crate packing, color gift box, white box, polyfoam box, display box and so on. Any kind based on your requirement
4.What kind of decoration for this item can you make?
Painting, decal, frosting, engraving etc.
