Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a trading company, meanwhile, we are the exclusive export agent and marketing & sales representatives for our core cooperating manufacturers, with an even better price than that of a regular factory.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?

Generally, it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock and need production, also it is according to the required quantity. 

Q3. What is the terms of payment?

30% T/T in advance, and balance to be paid against B/L scan copy. In the case of order amount,≤US$2000 T/T 100% in advance is required. We also accept D/P and L/C for the countries where T/T is not allowed.

Q4. Can you provide OEM service?

Yes, we do but need to meet below conditions 1) the brand not being registered in China. 2) Your brand registration certificate, 3) Order amount USD 10000 or more.

Q5. What is the warranty for your products?

One year for mechanic parts and one to three years for electronic parts like motor control, PCBs, depends on the electronic components suppliers.
