Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

ST: We are a factory. We are a professional manufacturer for 30 years' experience, specializing in manufacturing various series of Cardan shafts. We supply Cardan shafts for the wholesalers, dealers, and end-users from different countries. 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

ST: Generally it is 5-10 days if we have the existing model. Or it will be 30-60 days if we need to open a new model, according to your type.

Q: Can you do OEM? And what is your min order?

ST: Yes, absolutely we can do. Our min order is 1 set. Most of our products are Customized. Each order from our factory, we always produce after our drawing confirmed. So we didn't have stock. 

And Since we are based on the final customer confirmed drawings production, so before this, the customer has any needs that can be adjusted.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

ST: For us, quality is a priority. We always pay high attention to quality control from the beginning to the end:

1) Firstly, we have a specialized QC department to control the quality, and we also accept the third official government to inspect our product before delivery.

2) Secondly, we have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make a summary according to these records, avoid it happens again.

3) Thirdly, We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in the environment, human rights aspects, like no children labor, no prisoner labor, and so on.

Q: How could I know if the product suits my machine or not?

ST: Please tell me which product you are interested in, or advise us the main sizes, such as the diameter of across assembly, total length, and the swing diameter of flange, then we can provide you our drawings according to your request, or please advise us the model you are using now.
