A: We accept many kinds of payments terms. Such as: T/T, L/C,E-checking, Western union ,etc.

Q3. What is your service time? And how about warranty?  
A: We will be service for you with all the problem within 24 hours.Having 1% spare parts.  
  Warranty: electric parts:  2 years.  
            Frame and fork: 1 year.
            Other parts: 6 months.
 
Q4. What is the MOQ?
A: Sample first, then different models have different MOQ.

Q5. What is the other service you can provide?
A: We could OEM , ODM, and we can provide parts exporting service.

Q6. What is delivery time?
A: Production time usually is 45-65 working days,it will  based on specifications for your order and quantity.

Q7: Do you have the products in stock?
A: Some models we have in stock.  If you have interested models, you can inform us in advance, we can check our warehouse first.   

Q8: Can I mix different models in one container?
A:Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.
