Introduction of the Wood Toothpick Process Machine
1. This simple production line can use to make toothpick, barbecue stick and chopsticks. Just certain machine is different.
2. The raw material can be fresh bamboo or fresh wood. We will adjust the machines depends on requirement.
3. The machine is a simple production line, workers need 5-7 persons.
4. The final product can be 2 ends sharp toothpick, or 1 end sharp.
We can adjust the machines depends on your requirement.
5. Usually, 100kg fresh bamboo can get 100-130 thousand pcs toothpick, it is about 13-16kg.
The specifications is diameter 2mm, length 65mm.
6. And 100 kg fresh bamboo can get 2800-3700 both chopsticks, the specifications is 210mm.
