1. The test principle
This kit is based on competitive indirect immunochromatography technology, in which Clenbuterol / Ractopamine / Salbutamol in sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with Clenbuterol / Ractopamine / Salbutamol coupling antigen captured on test line. The test result can be watched by naked eye.

5. Assay steps
*Bring all the test samples to room temperature before experiment. Please centrifuge for 5min at 3000rpm if the sample is muddy.
*Take the test strip from the package, and use for assay within 1 hour.
*Place the test strip at a flat level, pipette the prepared sample and add 2-3drops into the sample well.
*Start the timer as the added solution flows, observe the result within 5-10min, and determine the result.
6. Result
Negative (-): Test Line and Control Line are both red, indicating that the Clenbuterol / Ractopamine / Salbutamol in sample is lower than the LOD of the kit.
Positive (+):No color shows in Test line, indicating that the Clenbuterol / Ractopamine / Salbutamol in sample is higher than the LOD of the kit.
Invalid:No color shows in Control Line, indicating the operation is incorrect or the test kit is out of date. In this case, please read the instruction again carefully, and do the assay again with new strips.
