Q2. How many production lines in Pinelime factory?
A2: We have 9 production lines, including 5 lines for inkjet and 4 lines for laser cartridges.

Q3. How much is Pinelime's output?
A3: Currently there are totally 350 stuffs, and we are still expending our scale.
For compatible toner cartridge, our monthly capacity is 300,000pcs.
For compatible ink cartridge, our monthly capacity is 3,000,000pcs.
For remanufactured toner cartridge, our monthly capacity is 150,000pcs.
For remanufactured ink cartridge, our monthly capacity is 100,000pcs.

Q4. How long is the delivery time?
A4: It Depends on your order quantity,normally 15 working days upon order confirmation.

Q5. What's the defect rate?
A5: For monochrome toner cartridge, defect rate is less than 1%.
For color toner cartridge, defect rate is ranging from 1% to 2% for different items.
For print-headed inkjet, defect rate is less than 2%.

Q6.What is Pinelime's warranty? 
A6.Pinelime provide 1:1 replacement or refund for all defective products.

Q7.What is the MOQ?
A6.For regular order, our minimum order quantity is USD3000 for mixed items, for order amount below USD3000, there is handling charge USD300.

For trial order or sample order there is no MOQ.
