A :We will remake for free if you find some quality problems when you receive the products.  

Q2: How to make the design to match the frame?

A :We will provide the design template for each item. 

Q3: Can you print as customer's PMS color?

A :Yes sure, we welcome you let us know the PMS color you want before we print.   

Q 4:Are your fabric flame retardant certified?

A :Yes we have the flame retardant certificate to provide if you need  . 

Q 5:Is the product easy to break when shipping?

A :No, and also we will be responsible for this 100%.

Q6: What’s the payment terms?

A: Generally, it’s T/T or L/C at sight for bulk order, also we accept the Western union or Money gram or Paypal etc for small or sample order.

Q7:What’s your lead time?

A: for bulk order , takes about 30 days, for dye sublimation printed items or sample, take 3-5 working days

Q8: How can we make our own artwork/design?

A:We will supply the template to you, then you can make the artwork in it and send us back in vector format(AI or PDF).

Q9: Can you help us to make the artwork/design?

A: OK, but pls send us the the logos or any contents you want to show on artwork .

We guarantee the printing color is above 95-96% correctly same as your designed color or Pantone request.

We can print a small piece as sample for free before formal printing when you need.

We provide after-sale lifelong service, free replacements for the broken parts.
