1. About Ordering
Since the companyonly makes customized products, there is no general edition or stock, so all the pictures are for display only, and customers place orders directly for the products on the picture, and we cannot deliver them, please contact the relevant customer service personnel to serve you before taking pictures of the products.
2. About sending samples
The company provides samples free of charge, butcustomershave to pay the mailing fee, which can be refunded after the transaction.
3. About Quotation
Our quotation colleagues will quote the price according to the bag size, material thickness, product quantity, printing color, etc. If you want to obtain accurate price, please contact the customer service for detailed communication.
4. About Design
The company can provide the design free of charge, but the design fee must be paid before the deal is concluded. After the deal is concluded, the design fee will be deducted from the payment for goods, and the design fee will not be returned if the deal is not concluded.
5. Payment Method
30% deposit in advance+all copperplate fees, 70% payment after production is completed, and shipment will be made after payment is settled.During the production process, we will take photos and confirm with you all kinds of details such as printing, cutting bags and finished products.
6.About the delivery date
Under normal circumstances, the plate making time is 5-7 days and the printingcompoundingbag making time is 10-12 days.In case of emergency, please notify separately and the documents, payment etc. should be in place in time!
7. About Finished Products
The actual finished product of the bag will fluctuate by 10%, and the payment will be settled by the actual production quantity. Please inform in advance if there are strict requirements on the quantity.
