Q:What is your regular practice about terms of payment?

A: TT: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid against shipping docs. For small amount, say less than USD1000, full payment in advance to save bank fee.
Q: When can I get the price?

A: usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 
Q: Can the sample charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?

A: Sample fee will be refundable to you once your order is confirmed
Q:How long is the quotation valid for?

A: normally 30 days.
Q:How the product pricing and how to consult prices?

A:We offer the quotation according to the customers' choice on materials, printings, quantities, and other process flow and so on. And you can inquiry by TM, WC or send e-mail to us.
Q:If the products have some quality problems ,how will you deal with it?

A:If the quality problem of products is caused by us, we will be responsible for it and provide a replacement service immediately.
Q:Could you provide samples for test?

A:Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.
Q:What's your after-sale services and warranty of my order?

A:Once you place order with us, we have professional staff to track your order constantly, let you know the newest process until you have received it. QC job will be conducted before each shipment with detailed QC report.
