A2:  1 year after production date.

Q3: What percent of capacity battery charged when shipment?

Q3: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping.

Q4: How long can I store the battery ?

A4: We suggest to discharge & recharge the battery every 3 months, it can keep battery full capacity & good function.

Q5: What certificates do u have ?

A5: We have CE, SGS (RoHs ) and so on.

Q6: Can u ship the battery product to our country ?

A6: Yes, for air & sea shipment, we have MSDS doc to show Airline company & Ocean company when shipment.

Q7: what is your Shipping way ?

A7:  We suggest sample & small order to be shipped to destination through our shipper partner who has excellent UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT service. Big order to be shipped by sea .
