2. Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and courier. About 7days after receiving the payment, we will send it out. 

3. Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 100pcs. 

4. Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, your language manual etc. are very welcome. 

5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ. 

6. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: It will take about 25-45 days to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation. 

7. Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: We attach great importance to quality control. Every process of our production has its own QC. And after finishing, it have a comprehensive QC. 

8. Q: Could I get a discounted price?
A: Yes. If you have a big qty of order, we would give a discount.
