Product Description
Electrically Fused magnesia is made from grade A natural magnesite or high purity lightly burned magnesia granule which is melted in the electric arc furnace. The product has high purity, large crystal grains, compact structure, strong slag resistance material, good thermal shock stability, is an excellent high-temperature electrical insulation material, and is also an important raw material for making high-grade magnesia brick, magnesia carbon brick and amorphous refractory.
Electrically fused magnesia has gradually won a place in the special refractories group, owing to its physical superiority over the ordinary grades of dead‐burned magnesite. Crystal fused magnesia is prepared by melting high-purity light-burned magnesium powder in an electric arc furnace. The product has high purity, compact crystal, strong slag resistance and good thermal shock resistance. An important material for magnesia-carbon bricks and amorphous refractories is also an excellent high-temperature electrical insulating material. The large crystalline fused magnesia can be divided into 94%, 95%, 96.8%, 97.2%, 97.5%, 97.8%, 98.2%, 98.5%, 99%, and the large crystalline fused magnesia is lightly oxidized. Magnesium is the main raw material, a high-grade alkaline refractory material which is melted and melted. It has the characteristics of high purity, low impurity, high density, complete structure and strong corrosion resistance. The products are mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials. Industrial fields such as national defense, scientific research, aerospace, medical equipment, and household appliances.
