Q: Do you accept customized?

Q: How long will it take to make the samples?
A: Sample time about 2-5 workdays, shipping time about 4-10 workdays. But in the busy season,it needs to be confirmed with us before order are placed.

Q: What is the estimated time of the mass production?
A: Based on stock models--20-25 days after receiving the payment,and depends on your customized options.If the base clothes will be produced to order,the lead time will be 55-65 days.

Q: How will you deliver the clothes? And how long will it take?
A: For sample order, we will choose E packet or other small packets special line; it usually needs 10-20 days to reach you. For bigger order, We will choose the express from DHL, TNT, UPS,FedEx,etc according to where you are. Generally speaking, once we ship out, you can receive your items within 10 workdays. Delivery by air and sea is also can be managed. Also we are open to ship per your request if you need to receive the stock urgent.

Also,sea shipment will be workable for your bulk order to save cost.
