RHT produces high-quality products, Using kiln dried wood material which has a Moisture content (MC) below 8%. We have loyal customer in subtropical area such as Germany, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, US to tropical area such India, Libya, UEA, and etc which they are satisfied with our products. We concern on the connection (joint) between the wood, and only use high-quality glue and followed with high quality inspection bay our QC officer.

As mentioned above, in addition we always maintaining high quality products in affordable price, we also give best services for customer just like, fast response, flexible, giving suggestion and recommendation not only in products but also in delivery / shipping, picking up from Airport or Hotel and entertaining when you visit to our factory and etc.
Q4: How to order? 2 ways. 1st.Welcome to our shop and select the items you interested. ,2.Simply let us know what you had and what you need, send an e-mail to us. We will respond with complete as soon as possible. You will know how many total volume and the amount of money you should pay. Everything will be answered in the e-mail.we can custom-made it as you like.
Q5: Minimum order?(MOQ) We are doing the dining table and chair the minimum order is 100 pieces and hotel bedroom set theminimum orderis 20 set(about 11 pieces in one set).
Q6: Payment Term? Usually,we do for T/T, the deposit is 30%of the amount ,If delivery in batch, payment will be in batch, delivery after the balance payment being received.
Q7: Mould and Samples? Free to provide the 236 mm * 136 mm wooden sample which need you to confirm. 200% the fee of the mould if need samples before order. Sample fee will be returned to you when place the order .And the mould can be provide in 20 days after payment.
Q8: What about production lead time ? Depend on the quantity and product structure, usually we do by 35-50 days.
Q9: Are there any extra services? Progress order report, we will give you some report file periodically with progress picture of your products. We will also give you images of your order products when it is done before loading to the container.
